Naomi really took care of me in the parts department! Be sure to keep track of your loyalty rewards. Bought my used GSXR 600 from them and it's been perfect. Nathan was the only salesman I've met in a motorcycle store that listened to me and showed me all the options.

Very helpful staff and great at recommending things for beginners and pros you can always ask questions if you're not sure on what you need. I bought my helmet there and a couple other things they. Have a rewards program also so you can use points towards your purchase. And if you trade in your old helmet they give you a discount to.

Jamie is absolutely the best!!! Brought by 2013 GTX 260 here for first time due to limp mode and several cosmetic issues and adding a stereo. Long story short, she has an extreme eye for detail and spotted several things I missed that would’ve had me back here in the shop in matter of weeks!!! Even though I live in Santa Clarita but will definitely come back here for this level of service!

Had an amazing experience here with the service department. I stopped by 1 hr before closing and most technicians were gone and they were only receiving drop offs. I had an emergency when my headlight went out at night and I still had a 2 hr ride home. They took me in and had it ready in less than 15 minutes and they only charged me for the new light bulb, no labor. Very grateful!

Great experience buying my first motorcycle. I'm 40, a bit late to the motorcycle world, and I felt nervous to make my first bike purchase. The crew in Long Beach was really cool especially Jimmy who answered all my questions as we walked the floor looking at cycles- No pressure, willing to share his journey into the moto world and an all around nice guy. I made a purchase, felt really at ease about it, and I'm looking forward to a long relationship with jimmy and the crew in Long Beach.

I have purchased a lot of motorcycles and have never bothered to post a review of my experience. I called in to Del Amo in Long Beach about a street triple rs. I asked for an out the door price and was given the pricing over the phone from Terry and James. I drove down the next day and test drove the bike.
I loved the bike and bought it on the spot after the test drive. Everything was as discussed on the phone with no surprises. I have since ordered some accessories through the parts department and Andy was very knowledgeable and courteous and a huge help.
I have also used the service department for the 500 mile service and was equally impressed as well.
A week after buying the street triple I was also interested in buying a Honda CB 1000r. Unfortunately Long Beach doesn't handle Honda butt Terry gave me an OTD price as well and put me in touch with the right person at their location in Santa Ana. I bought that bike as well and the transaction was smooth and professional.
